Hosting Overview
Planet Online can be run on most web hosting systems (see installation requirements), however in order to supply our service at a budget price we also offer a pre-packaged hosted solution in conjunction with our preferred web hosting provider, Deason Software and Hosting Solutions.
To open a hosted account with us, please follow these steps:
- Visit www.deasoft.com and purchase a hosting package.
- When you receive your confirmation email, forward it to hosting@planetonline.com.au .
- Visit our Website Plans and eCommerce pages to find out about our options
- Visit our Pricing page and choose a plan.
- Email us at hosting@planetonline.com.au with your Deasoft account login details.
- We will activate your account within 48 hours.

If you are interested in installing Planet Online on your own web hosting platform, please consult our Enterprise Solutions page. An Enterprise License is permanent (there are no ongoing fees) and gives you more options for configuring your web application to meet your specific requirments, including the ability to add programming extensions in PHP. Please have a look at the minimum installation requirements to see if Planet Online is compatible with your current Web Hosting platform.
Our primary service is supplying quality web applications, however to we are also committed to providing stable and reliable server solutions. Please advise us immediately if you experience any web server problems such as slow response times, server errors or email outages.
